Each year, as a small token of our gratitude to our shareholders, we present them with complimentary shareholder benefits for stays at hotels throughout Japan in which we are involved. The shareholder benefits guide and the number of shareholder vouchers held sheet are enclosed with the Notice of Resolutions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and sent in late February.
*Shareholder benefits cards or vouchers will not be distributed.
In order to reduce the use of plastic and prevent unauthorized use of shareholder benefits, the distribution of shareholder benefit cards was discontinued and a Shareholder Hotel Reservation System was introduced for benefits to be presented to shareholders as of the end of November, 2022. With this Reservation System, it is possible to use the Web to make reservations with PCs or smartphones, and smartphone app. Reservations can also be made by phone, as before.
※Shareholder Hotel Reservation System and Shareholder Benefit Guide are only available in Japanese.
Also, "Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport" and "HOTEL KANAZAWA" have been added to the hotels available for shareholder benefit reservations.

Note: Due to the change in the fiscal year-end, the shareholder benefits for the fiscal year ending November 2023 have been irregularly extended, allowing for an extended period of available accommodation dates.

【How to make reservations】
Please access the Shareholder Hotel Reservation System（Japanese only）website from your PC or smartphone, or download the dedicated app to your smartphone to register as a member and make reservations.
If you do not have a PC or smartphone, you can still make reservations by phone, as before.

- Shareholder benefits are available only to shareholders and their family members.
- Please note that the hotel may not be able to accommodate your requested date(s) due to hotel reservations, even though you are requesting a date that is in the above Reservable dates. Please understand this in advance.
- The plans for staying under the shareholder benefits vary depending on the hotel. Additionally, availability of rooms eligible for shareholder benefits may be limited.
Even if there are vacancies on the hotel's official website or external booking sites, it may not be possible to make reservations under the shareholder benefits. Please check the availability through the 'Shareholder Hotel Reservation System' or contact the hotel where you plan to stay directly by phone for confirmation." - One person per night (no meal) will be free of charge. Amanohashidate Hotel and Hotel The Pavone offer half board (breakfast and dinner) per person per night.
- Shareholder benefits less than the number required for one person to stay cannot be used as discount coupons.
- For stays of two or more people or stays of two or more nights, you must have enough shareholder benefits for the number of people using the room, or at least enough shareholder benefits for one person to stay one night, and pay the difference for the additional people or additional nights at the front desk.
Difference Fee = (Hotel's specified accommodation fee ÷ Number of guests) × Number of insufficient benefit vouchers - Hotels where shareholder benefits can be used are subject to change in the future.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.
Note: If it is found that the shareholder benefits have been illegally obtained on a flea market site, etc. and used, or if it is found that the person using them has impersonated a shareholder or his/her family member, the user will be billed the full amount.
