Core Business of the Samty Group
The Real Estate Business has the largest sales scale among the Samty Group’s businesses. Its major business domain is composed of "development securitization," which refers to development and sales of the S-RESIDENCE series of rental apartments as well as office buildings, hotels, etc., "renovation securitization," which refers to purchasing of existing income properties and their sales after renovation, "asset management," which refers to being entrusted with asset management for a REIT for which the Samty Group is the main sponsor, and "investment unit sales in lots," which refers to sales of properties developed by the corporate group to investors.
For domestic business, the Samty Group specializes in development of income properties and engages in developments after understanding the characteristics and demands of the region. The Samty Group has extensive experience in operation and management of rental apartments such as rent assessment and leasing, and has earned endorsements from many customers due to being able to handle a wide range of real estate-related operations from due diligence, planning and development, and tenant recruitment (commercialization), to sales to REITs, etc. within the group through maximum utilization of such resources.
The Samty Group grants preferential negotiation rights to Samty Residential REIT (SRR) concerning the S-RESIDENCE series, and is striving to reinforce its fee business by supporting SRR's growth as its main sponsor.
For overseas business, on the premise of enjoying growth potential of ASEAN countries, the Samty Group is endeavoring to expand the business as a driver for growth of the group by entering the housing development business in Vietnam and utilizing know-how it has accumulated over many years.
